About the Role
We have a current opening for a Brand Manager, Nutella & Go and are actively reviewing applications.
As the Brand Manager, Nutella & Go, you will own the portfolio end to end and play a key role in shaping the brand’s growth and leadership within the U.S. category. Reporting to the Nutella Marketing Director, you’ll help define and execute the strategy that drives the brand forward.
You’ll bring a strong foundation in analytics and project management, paired with attention to detail and a creative mindset. You’re comfortable leading cross‑functional teams and agency partners, and you know how to turn insights into impactful, integrated marketing campaigns. From TV to in‑store execution, you’ll help bring compelling, world‑class creative to life and connect with consumers across every touchpoint.
You understand how the retail landscape works and can apply that knowledge across different classes of trade to build well‑rounded strategies. You also play a key role in shaping and preparing for the commercialization of future Nutella & Go innovations as they move toward launch.
In This Role You Will
Own and drive brand performance, monitoring results and making data‑driven decisions to ensure delivery against budget and business goals
Lead and execute marketing initiatives that fuel growth and strengthen the brand’s position in market
Collaborate across teams and external partners to deliver best‑in‑class programs
Manage all aspects of the business independently, without direct reports, while maintaining strong cross‑functional alignment
This role is hybrid and will be based in our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ.
Main Responsibilities
Business and Brand Analysis, Forecasting and Reporting
In‑depth market, competitive and brand analysis to assist in formulating brand strategy within a fast‑moving consumer packaged goods category
Analyze business and brand results to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being realized, recommending course correction where relevant
Maintain understanding of the competitive environment to assess impact on business
Lead S&OP process for Nutella (inclusive of consumption and shipments forecasting)
Prepare and create engaging, meaningful, and persuasive presentations
Actively manage brand marketing budget (reporting and revisions)
Brand Equity and Communications Planning and Execution
Drive Nutella digital strategy (inclusive of proactive engagement opportunities, social listening, community management, etc.)
Lead agency partners in creative development, asset development and execution of consumer and shopper activation
Ensure coherency across all consumer and shopper touchpoints to drive cohesive and impactful messaging and trademark consistency in all communications
Participate in brand planning and overall communication planning with inter‑agency team
Set and track KPIs, offering recommendations for optimization of plans/assets
Product Management
Work closely with Category management and Trade Marketing to commercialize innovation (when ready), developing compelling sell‑in stories/toolkits to ensure customer acceptance of innovation
Leadership and Self‑Management
Comfortable with multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment
Inter‑departmental engagement with Trade marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal to assist in the planning and execution of new initiatives
Able to efficiently manage relations with third‑party vendors (i.e.: creative/social media/media/graphic design agencies, etc.), obtaining required output while minimizing costs
Comfortable with presenting in front of senior management
About You
Specific Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required; MBA is a plus
Experience
Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in consumer‑packaged goods brand marketing
Experience working with and preparing reports utilizing syndicated databases; i.e. IRI, ACNielsen
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
Possesses solid project management skills (planning, execution and assessment)
Well‑versed in business forecasting and budget management
Knowledge of key trade channels (Convenience, Food, Drug, Mass, Club, e‑Com)
P&L management and global marketing experience are a plus
Experience in digital marketing, content development and managing agencies is a plus
Experience working with global teams is a plus

Benefits & Perks
The base salary range for this position is $104,000.00 – $139,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
