Business Development Manager (Well Intervention)
Base salary $150,000 - $180,000 + uncapped commission. Must be based in the Permian Basin with daily travel to customer sites in the region.
Opportunity: fast-growing company developing pulsed‑power technology for oil and gas to restore production in underperforming wells. Systems use high‑energy electrical pulses to remove scale and blockages, extending well life and reducing the need for more invasive interventions.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by building brand awareness, generating new business, and expanding existing customer relationships. You will develop and maintain strong client partnerships, identify new sales opportunities, and maximize revenue within the Permian Basin.
The Role
Expand market presence through lead generation, partner development, industry networking, and staying current on market trends and technologies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales plans for business and revenue growth.
Build out the team in the region.
The Person
Commercial Business Development / Sales experience in production and remediation in the energy sector.
Experience selling into well intervention markets.
Based in or open to relocate to the Permian Basin.
