Social Media Specialist

Creative and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Social Media Specialist will manage the day-to-day creation and publishing of engaging, platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging social channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance LTK's social presence.
Key responsibilities

Create original social-first content, including short-form videos, graphics, and engaging captions tailored for each platform
Support daily publishing and community engagement across LTK's social channels while monitoring trends and adapting content accordingly
Track content performance and collaborate with various teams to gather insights and improve future creative strategies

Required qualifications

2-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field
Strong hands-on skills in concepting, shooting, and editing short-form video
Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Ability to write engaging and platform-appropriate social copy
Experience with social editing and creative tools, along with a resourceful and adaptable mindset
