Program Manager Duties

Help As a Program Manager, you will perform the following duties:
Directs a variety of diverse programs and/or services, and implement strategies that provide top quality service for ICE and DHS senior leadership;
Coordinate and communicate effectively with senior leadership to make recommendations and decisions that have a direct impact on the program and agency's mission, and provide guidance, leadership, and oversight in carrying out those decisions;
Plan, organize, coordinate, control and evaluate the activities of subordinate programs and program segments, and address complex planning needs and unanticipated requirements or priorities;
Manage organizational changes or major change to the structure and content of the program or program segments directed; and
Develop measures that evaluate performance, make recommendations for program improvement, and manage all resources as corporate assets, including oversight of the execution of the program's budget and fulfilling human resources management responsibilities
