Job Summary / Description
KNOE is searching for a Multimedia Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team of Media Executives, overseeing the development and sale of advertising solutions to various businesses.

Duties / Responsibilities

Driving digital revenue growth and ensuring all digital budgets and goals are met or exceeded with a focus on new local direct business

Providing digital training to the sales team

Assisting Media Executives in presenting and closing digital business

Developing sales presentations and collateral using up‑to‑date research materials

Maintaining campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success

Overseeing digital pricing and revenue forecasting

Promoting a winning, positive culture

Working at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with Media Executives and advertisers

Working in tandem with the Director of Sales on revenue generation strategy and forecasting

Qualifications / Requirements

Advanced leadership skills, highly organized

Proven experience in achieving budgets

Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities

Strong presentation experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects and people

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years of broadcast and/or digital sales experience
