About the Role

Field‑based sales support for Stryker. You will work directly with a Sales Representative to plan, direct, and coordinate the selling, marketing, and promotion of Stryker products to physicians.
What You Will Do

Assist sales representatives in marketing, promotion, and sales of Stryker products; educate clinicians on product use and updates; tailor promotional messaging based on customer insights; advise on product selection; and participate in product evaluations, trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
Responsibilities and Duties

Assist Sales Representatives in marketing, promotion, and sales of Stryker products.
Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use, maintenance, functionality, updates, product portfolio changes, and educational programs.
Tailor Stryker’s promotional message based on customer knowledge, advise on product selection, answer questions, and distinguish Stryker products from competitors.
Direct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
Experience & Skills

0–2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred).
B.A. or B.S. degree required.
Field sales training, in‑field training.
Up to 20% overnight travel annually.
