SUMMARY
Pink Lily is a fast-growing women’s fashion brand delivering trend-driven styles to customers through our e-commerce platform. The CRM Marketing Manager will lead retention marketing efforts across email, SMS, push notifications, and the Pink Perks loyalty program, creating personalized customer experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Own all retention marketing efforts including email, SMS, and loyalty with a focus on return customer rates and customer lifetime value. Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Guide email segmentation, targeting, personalization and lead nurture strategies.
- Partner closely with internal marketing and buying teams to align on product and messaging priorities to direct message content and copywriting.
- Develop and expand upon the Pink Perks loyalty program. Ideating and testing new experiences for VIP customers and owning the activation calendar for loyalty events.
- Manage the CRM Coordinator in retention strategy execution, design, and QA of communications.
- Manage A/B initiatives to optimize performance and improve KPIs.
- Own and drive key metrics and goals for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Utilize AI tools and platform reporting to identify opportunities for testing and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience working directly in email and SMS marketing.
- 3-5 years’ experience within an ecommerce apparel background is preferred.
- Experience working with Klaviyo, MailChimp, or a comparable email marketing platform.
- Familiarity with a customer data management platform (CDP) preferred, experience with CDP system implementation a plus.
- Familiarity with automated campaigns and strategies.
- Strong copywriting / copyediting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, experience in data analysis.
- Incredibly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
