What You’ll Do

Create visuals that support the brand while sparking real conversation.
Partner with different creative and production teams so everything feels thoughtful and cohesive.
Jump into brainstorms and help shape ideas from rough sketches into real work.
Contribute, and sometimes own, client presentations and pitch decks.
Work with creative directors and associate creative directors on ideas across social, presentations, websites, and experiential projects.
Stay connected to cultural trends to keep our work fresh and relevant.
Who You Are

3+ years of agency experience bringing ideas to life.
Ability to concept quickly without recycling the same idea with new vibes.
A sharp eye for what works and the ability to explain it.
Strong collaborator who works well with internal teams and clients.
Ability to plug into any brand’s visual identity and switch gears fast.
Understanding of how brand partnerships work and why they matter.
Solid grasp of social media and AI tools; bonus points if you enjoy basketball.
Proficiency in Photoshop and the usual design tools.
Knowledge of how content needs to look and function across platforms.
Taking pride in your work, communicating early, and staying curious about emerging trends.
Comfort using G Suite.
Compensation

Base salary range: $75,000–$90,000, plus bonus potential if applicable. Actual base salary is dependent on market dynamics, location, experience, specialized skills, level of responsibility, and other factors.
