The Pangle Product Strategy & Operations (PSO) team is part of the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) organization and focuses on advertiser success and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve TikTok Pangle’s go-to-market strategy in North America, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and value propositions. Translate complex product capabilities (e.g., Brand Safety, Custom Traffic Packages, SIA) into clear, market-relevant narratives that resonate with advertisers and partners.
Plan and execute end-to-end GTM programs for key product and solution launches at a global scale, with a strong focus on accelerating adoption and revenue impact in North America. Partner closely with HQ product and vertical solution teams to ensure successful localization and rollout.
Create compelling, audience-centric content, such as sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, and thought leadership pieces that drive awareness, education, and adoption of Pangle’s solutions across the funnel.
Define and implement Pangle Sales Enablement strategy. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and regional teams to scale and continuously refine enablement programs that empower sales teams globally.
Identify and streamline GTM workflows where applicable to improve operational efficiency and reduce the learning curve for sales teams and clients.
Support regional business‑operation teams in realizing business opportunities through scalable internal and external activities, e.g., client meetings, seminars, training sessions.
Conduct regular research to gauge Pangle’s global awareness, brand health, and conceptual blockers for fine‑tuning global GTM strategies.
Monitor business performance and key GTM metrics. Identify growth opportunities, diagnose challenges, and drive cross‑functional alignment to address roadblocks and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or GTM roles within the internet, adtech, or digital marketing industries. Experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing is highly preferred.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end GTM strategies and product launches, with demonstrated success in driving product adoption and business impact in North America.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
Experience building and scaling sales enablement programs that improve sales effectiveness and accelerate deal cycles.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to independently drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives across global teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
High level of ownership and proactiveness in identifying opportunities and driving execution in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121,600 – $288,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Employees receive day‑one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and 10 paid holidays per year. Additionally, employees are granted 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
