Photographer

Overview

Produce visually compelling and impactful photographs by taking high-quality photographs and video for visual, technical, and educational purposes. Work with senior leadership to produce a combination of photos and videos to use in marketing, training, and educational purposes. As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the ability to achieve technical excellence, meet qualitative and quantitative goals, and deliver results that align with project requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities

Managing photography sessions and clearly communicating with the marketing team to set up a time and location for a photoshoot
Maintaining and managing photography equipment
Submitting photos into D.A.M. tool with proper labeling and tagging
Working with traditional and modern photography equipment, arranging objects and scenes, and directing participants during photoshoots
Maintaining archives of images and videos
Staying updated with best practices and techniques and applying them effectively
Producing visually compelling and impactful photographs with attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Arranging scenes and lighting, directing participants, and post-processing images
Juggling multiple tasks
Qualifications

Proven professional shooting experience
Eye-catching portfolio
Proficient with traditional and modern equipment
Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One, or other photography-specific software
Shooting, lighting and printing skills
Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques
Knowledge of production processes for online publishing and various printing applications
Strong personal and technical communication skills
Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Computer literacy in Windows and Mac environments, including Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Associate degree in photography or related discipline from an accredited college or university
2+ years of previous photography experience in restaurant or hospitality industry (preferred)
Excellent phone communication skills and organization skillsSelf-motivated, conscientious, professional presentation, and cordial one-on-one presence
Ability to perform as a team member
