Operation Manager

Shift
Monday-Friday (5:00pm-1:30am)

Responsibilities

Ensure safety program implementation and compliance

Complete all online management and leadership training and development

Train and deploy a capable work force

Conduct periodic quality audits within the facility and address any deficiencies immediately

Ensure all contracted work and cleaning expectations are achieved consistently

Be able to adjust to changing customer’s needs

Must be willing to be hands on in all areas of the contract.

Perform other assigned duties to support operation.

Requirements

1+ year of previous experience as a supervisor in a janitorial or housekeeping services role

Knowledge about floor care work (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, etc., and floor machines)

The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision

Ability to communicate with all levels

Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills
