WorkCentral offers premium furnished offices, meeting rooms, and co‑working spaces to a diverse community of professionals. We’re looking for a polished, people‑first Client Services Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.

The Role
You’ll be the face of WorkCentral — ensuring seamless daily operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and keeping everything running behind the scenes. This is a hands‑on role that blends hospitality, administration, and light financial management.

What You’ll Do

Own the client experience: welcoming members, managing reservations, handling technical requests, and improving administrative processes

Supervise the Client Services Associate

Manage multi‑line phones and front desk reception

Coordinate with our tel‑data team on client technical needs

Run monthly invoicing for 70+ clients using QuickBooks and support accounts receivable/payable with the CFO

What You Bring

3+ years of administrative experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role

Polished communication skills — in person and by phone

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Basic accounting knowledge; QuickBooks experience a plus

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–2:30 pm (additional hours possible)

$28–$35/hour, based on experience; performance review at 3 months

16 paid holidays + 2 weeks paid personal time (3 weeks after 2 years)
