Job Summary

Administrative Business Partner to support Finance and Ad Sales in our New York City office. Requires high levels of integrity, discretion, professional interface with senior executives, and outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage logistics for high-level internal and external Ad Sales/Finance meetings, including catering, AV/IT needs, agendas, and materials.
Manage complex calendar requests, meeting invites, and conference room logistics.
Manage all Ad Sales Finance workflows that require approvals.
Coordinate travel, create detailed itineraries for executives, and ensure seamless execution.
Prepare executives and teams for all meetings and track deliverables.
Execute expense management activities promptly, ensuring timely reconciliation.
Act as divisional point‑of‑contact for T&E profile administration.
Partner with onsite operational teams on office moves, team requests, etc.
Identify internal and external approaches to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Qualifications

Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive disposition with critical thinking and adaptability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable interfacing with high‑level Ad Sales clients.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Discretion with confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Team orientation and ability to represent executives positively.
Experience in Ad Sales (nice to have).
Benefits and Compensation

Pay rate: $32.00–$37.50 per hour, based on education, skills, experience, and location. Eligible for medical/dental/vision, insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits. Union‑represented employees receive benefits per collective bargaining agreement.
