Opportunities

Leasing Consultant

– Drive occupancy through relational selling. Build rapport with prospective and current residents, support leasing, marketing and resident relations.

Assistant Community Director

– Support the Community Director and overall community operation. Provide administrative support for financial records, maintain resident files, assist leasing, marketing and resident relations.

Community Director

– Lead the community with strong rapport to residents, prospects, regional and on-site team. Manage overall operations and maximize revenue potential.

Requirements

Team player who prefers "we over me".

Determined, ambitious and self-motivated.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in property management, leasing, senior living, hospitality or related industry.

Strong communication skills; prose, reading, writing in English.

Computer skills – MS Office, property-management software (e.g., Yardi, On-Stage), CRM solutions.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive pay: Leasing Consultants & Assistant Community Directors $22-$25/hour (DOE); Community Directors $34-$36/hour (DOE).

Quarterly bonus incentive.

Annual performance review with potential merit increase.
