Associate Designer

Our client, a private label apparel company based in Downtown Los Angeles, is looking for an Associate Designer to join their growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role.
This is a great opportunity to step into a more ownership-driven design role within a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You'll work closely with the design team to bring collections to life from concept through execution, with room to grow and make your mark.
What you will be doing:

Supporting the design team in developing and executing seasonal collections from concept to completion
Translating design concepts into compelling visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
Staying current on fashion trends and incorporating relevant insights into design work
Collaborating cross-functionally with product development and merchandising teams
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
What they are looking for:

3-5 years of design experience in a fashion or apparel environment, ideally in private label or wholesale
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong eye for color, print, and silhouette
Solid understanding of apparel design principles, fabric properties, and garment construction
Strong organizational and communication skills with a team-oriented approach
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field preferred
