Job Description
We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join the Equinox team at its state‑of‑the‑art Miracle Mile location. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)

Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox

Maintain knowledge of all club and shop services, programs and products

Understand and uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies on a consistent basis

Complete all assigned operational tasks accurately and on time, and assist the Shop MOD as needed

Support the shop to reflect the company brand standards through merchandising, marketing direction and adherence to the dress code

Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps and in stockrooms

Build effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, supervisors and clients

Stay informed of general practices outside the shop and across departments to foster camaraderie and team spirit

Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures; embrace and support company initiatives

Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy

Qualifications

Ability to take direction

Experience in a customer‑service business, preferably in retail

Hardworking and diligent, with honesty and personal integrity

Excellent time management, organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills

Willingness to try new techniques and ideas

Availability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the retail business

Compensation and Benefits
$18.47 per hour; ability to earn additional incentives.
