Job Summary
This position leads and manages one or more consumer brands on our Over-the-Counter Healthcare marketing teams. The individual must thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, emphasizing collaboration and collective teamwork. Responsibilities focus on key marketing areas.
Major Responsibilities
Brand plan development – develop plans with SBM to achieve company targets, including advertising, promotions, and research. Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal resources to drive superior market results.
Program management and execution – manage day‑to‑day logistics of brand programs, owning timelines, budgets, and program analysis.
New product development – work with the new product development team to use consumer insights to drive growth, translate insights into profitable product innovations, develop selling propositions, and create launch support plans for retail.
Social media management – lead social and digital marketing strategy and execution, partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop content plans, optimize performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen consumer engagement.
E‑Commerce/Digital Marketing exposure – partner with eCommerce, media, and sales teams to optimize brand performance across digital channels and retail.com platforms.
Market analysis – provide consumption‑based data analysis and monthly consumption updates for portfolio, delivering actionable insight to support enterprise understanding of market trends and dynamics, and identifying opportunities in unmet‑need markets.
Business forecasting and results – partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to develop accurate volume forecasts and support business planning processes.
Sales – provide the sales organization with presentation materials for retailer presentations using category‑management best practices.
Margin enhancement – lead cross‑functional teams to identify key areas for margin improvement across portfolio.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. MBA a plus.
Experience
4-6 years of progressive brand management, marketing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), consumer healthcare, or related experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strategic leadership – drive short and long‑term brand growth and profitability.
Experience utilizing syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.) to identify business opportunities and develop recommendations.
Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI of marketing initiatives.
Superior critical thinking and problem‑solving – resourceful at achieving objectives despite obstacles, able to analyze complex data to identify core issues and develop actionable plans.
Strong communication and influence skills – clear, concise, and persuasive, able to lead thinking of marketing and cross‑functional counterparts and agencies, building strong relationships with agencies, teams, and vendors.
Energized by an entrepreneurial environment – take initiative, make decisions with limited information, self‑reliant, proactive, and pioneering spirit, following through on commitments.
Familiarity with company sales and merchandising standards, policies, and procedures, and competitive position; industry knowledge.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retailer and consumer dynamics.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Travel
10% ability to travel via car, plane, rail.
Language Skills
Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
Reasoning Ability
Apply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

We follow a hybrid work schedule. All applicants must be able to work in our Tarrytown office Tues/Wed/Thurs (remote on Mon/Fri).
Work Hours
40 hours per week.
Salary Range
$130,000.00 – $145,000.00
