What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll blend strategy, creativity, and technology to drive real business outcomes:

Help build and evolve our brand strategy and messaging

Lead multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, video, trade shows, product launches)

Own the marketing tech stack (website, CRM, automation, analytics, SEO/AEO)

Drive content and creative production (from concept to execution)

Partner closely with sales to enable customer and distributor success

Leverage your skills and experience to enhance performance and efficiency

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a marketing leader who brings:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative strategy

Strong experience in medical device/equipment or regulated industries

A blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution

Expertise in digital ecosystems, campaign management, and brand storytelling

Confidence leading creative initiatives and collaborating across teams

If you’ve worked in or around the operating room environment or clinical space—that’s a big plus.

Location & Work Style

Northeast Ohio (Newbury, OH area)

Hybrid schedule: a mix of in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility

Some travel for trade shows and industry events
