How we LEAD:
We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to provide support to the Global Media Team. This role will assist in general support tasks across the paid media team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, tech‑savvy, and eager to grow and learn in the music and merch marketing space.
How you’ll CREATE:
Provide administrative support to paid media stakeholders and leaders across campaign executions
Manage ad hoc requests from label partners via Slack
Support media buyers with end to end campaign management for upper funnel paid media campaigns
Support fan engagement efforts by maintaining platform retargeting audiences and exporting paid media leads
Conduct QA of ad campaign set-up
Manage user access, artist profile connections, and retargeting audiences across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Maintain and update internal SharePoint resource site
Support the broader paid media team with administrative and operational tasks
Bring your VIBE:
1 - 2 years of experience in office administrative or digital marketing/media capacity (advertising or music marketing preferred)
Experience working with Microsoft Word - Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Familiarity with ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
BS/BA
Ability to communicate with various roles within company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical approach to problem-solving
Must be self-directed and extremely well organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work under time constraints.
Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
Ability to keep information confidential
Interest in music and advertising
Fridays will be remote, but many Fridays will require work from 11am – 7pm
