About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Account Executive to support the delivery of high-impact social and behaviour change campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn fast, contribute ideas, and build a career in strategic communications.
What you’ll do:
Project & Team Support – Support delivery of communications projects across their full lifecycle
Contribute ideas, research, and inspiration to strengthen creative work
Assist with briefs, reviews, and development of campaign materials; maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status reports
Creative & Strategy Contribution – Bring a point of view, contribute ideas thoughtfully and proactively
Support research, insight gathering, and development of campaign stimulus; stay on top of industry trends and share relevant inspiration with teams
Operations & Execution – Support account administration (timing plans, meeting setup, reporting)
Ensure all deliverables meet high quality and formatting standards; assist with financial processes including estimates, POs, and invoicing
Help coordinate internal processes across production, digital, and print
Team & Culture – Build strong relationships across the agency
Contribute to team initiatives, events, and agency culture
Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn
What you’ll bring:
Internship or early experience in communications, marketing, or similar; strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Understanding of business and operational fundamentals; degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Communications, Marketing)
We’re Looking For Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. Strong interest in geopolitics and global affairs. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Confidence to contribute ideas and learn quickly. Bonus Points: Experience working on social impact or government-related projects. Fluency (spoken, written, or reading) in Arabic or Farsi.
