About Role
We are seeking a talented, motivated Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager to streamline our 3P partner marketing workflows. This role will be instrumental in standardizing our marketing operations’ processes, driving user adoption of marketing products, and creating scalable solutions across our global marketing ecosystem. It will drive productivity and efficiency goals, scalable improvements across the partner marketing lifecycle, and develop new solutions for key programs like AI integration. This highly cross‑functional role requires partnering with and influencing global stakeholder groups across growth, marketing, content operations teams within Fuse, Prime, and Prime Video. The role is crucial in creating repeatable, scalable programs that empower internal marketing teams to execute effective campaigns through our marketing technology stack.
About You
The ideal candidate has a thirst for understanding pain points in workflows, can translate business needs into scalable processes and provide requirements for automation, designs and implements scalable workflows, creates standardized processes for cross‑functional collaboration, and develops comprehensive programs that lead to complete marketing automation. Strong communicator who earns trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and locales. Comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges, works autonomously, manages multiple initiatives and prioritizes to contribute to ambitious growth plans. Able to influence without direct authority and excels in operational execution with strong problem‑solving skills.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement simplified processes and programs across 3P partner marketing execution workflows, ensuring seamless execution across regions.
Drive operational excellence in partner marketing asset management, including portal administration and streamlined content distribution processes by partnering with global Prime/PV teams.
Develop and maintain standardized marketing calendars, synchronizing global tentpole campaigns with regional partner initiatives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Create and analyze marketing operations performance metrics and provide insights to optimize team’s efficiency.
Enable regional teams with marketing automation tools and standardized processes by driving adoption of these tools.
Spearhead campaign automation adaptation and localization efforts, focusing on streamlining approval workflows.
Establish and document best practices for partner marketing operations across global markets.
Qualifications
4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.

Location and Compensation
Location: Seattle, WA, USA | Salary range: 82,700.00 – 141,100.00 USD annually.
