The Talent Sourcer serves as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition and operational leaders by proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and clinical talent for critical and hard-to-fill positions. This role focuses on pipeline development, candidate rediscovery, traveler reduction initiatives, and high-touch candidate engagement to support long-term workforce planning and staffing success across Lifepoint Health facilities. Through research, relationship‑building, market intelligence, and data-driven sourcing strategies, the Talent Sourcer helps connect exceptional healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare recruitment or sourcing experience, including direct experience recruiting and/or sourcing Registered Nurses (RNs).
Experience recruiting or sourcing Registered Nurses (RNs) within acute care hospital environments.
Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Strong organizational skills with proven follow-through and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with recruiters and hiring leaders.
