We're looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Arcade/Projection Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our arcade and cinema projector systems. You’ll be responsible for making sure games and projection equipment are always guest‑ready, and that technical issues are resolved quickly and professionally. This role requires hands‑on experience, a self‑starter mindset, and a passion for collaborative teamwork. You’ll report to the Attractions Manager and help uphold our commitment to excellence.

You’ll assist guests when technical issues arise, keep the redemption area running smoothly, and communicate regularly with the Attractions Manager to keep them informed on game and equipment status. On the cinema side, you’ll ensure projection systems are functioning flawlessly and play a key role in building and importing weekly movie schedules into our systems. It’s a fast‑paced, behind‑the‑scenes role that keeps the fun front and center for every guest.
