Relationship Manager

Alnamo Group is hiring for Relationship Manager, Remittance for one of its banking clients in Sunnyvale, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

Create a strong network with the ethnic community in NYC, especially with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs)

Networking with community diaspora in the region with focus on promoting permissible products for the Head Office and New York branch

Study the market trends and conduct competitor analysis to come up with strategies and plans for achieving growth objectives

Develop strong relationship with Consulate and other Associations and become first port of call for any kind of referrals from these organisations/ associations

Work in close coordination with the Remittance team at New York branch to envision and implement an overall marketing strategy for growth of M2I USA business in the region

Ensure growth of other products like home loans from the region

Work to promote all the permissible products of the Bank amongst the NRI diaspora by implementation of on-ground activities, campaigns, conducting/ attending events, webinars etc.

Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement

Resolve customer queries/issues and ensure they get the highest level of service

Travel within the assigned territory to attend meetings, organize events, conduct market research, and participate in service camps and other for other activities.

Other duties as assigned.
