The Role
The Product Manager, Professional Promotion, Gyn-Onc will execute brand strategies for Genmab’s gyn onc portfolio, including the launch of our first wholly‑owned asset in this space. This critical role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Professional Promotion, Gyn‑Onc and work closely with a broad cross‑functional team, including Marketing Operations, Gyn‑Onc Marketing, Omnichannel Strategy, and alliance partners.

The Product Manager, Professional Promotion, Gyn‑Onc is a new role within a growing team and will be a key contributor to launch excellence for initial indications, driving strong alignment and collaboration with cross‑functional partners. The successful candidate will bring strong marketing execution skills (pharma/biotech or life sciences strongly preferred) and a proactive, learner’s mindset.

Responsibilities

Leverage brand strategy to shape promotional efforts and successfully execute launch tactical ecosystem

Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, and Business Operations stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand materials

Establish and foster collaborative relationships with external agency partners and internal cross‑functional stakeholders at Genmab

Provide clear communication, structure, and leadership across multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment

Engage collaboratively in promotional review process and meetings to ensure launch readiness

Collaborate effectively with Genmab field stakeholders and Commercial Learning to support strategic execution and continued optimization of marketing materials

Manage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables aligned to brand goals

Lead alliance management responsibilities related to marketing & sales execution

Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree a plus

4+ years of professional relevant experience required, including US in‑line marketing experience (agency experience considered)

Recent launch experience required - oncology launch experience strongly preferred

Ability to travel domestically up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

Strong project/tactical management, organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Experience working in a complex, dynamic environment – self‑starter with strong initiative and solutions‑oriented mindset

Strong communication and presentation skills

Resourceful, decisive and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast‑growing organization

Experience successfully engaging and partnering with field sales organizations in a marketing capacity

Commitment to corporate culture of innovation, patient‑centricity, inclusion and compliance

Experience working on an accelerated approval and/or an alliance a plus

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$115,200.00 — $172,800.00
