Role Overview
This role focuses on designing and delivering high‑touch executive engagement programs for C‑suite and high‑level leaders. The Program Manager will translate complex product and technology concepts into business-relevant insights and lead strategic customer interactions end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans and manage execution across multiple stakeholders.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated programs and initiatives.

Analyze resource needs, timelines, and feasibility of projects.

Design and deliver high‑impact executive briefings aligned to customer goals.

Lead stakeholder alignment on agendas, content, and expected outcomes.

Facilitate executive‑level discussions that drive business decisions.

Engage executives, sales teams, and cross‑functional partners.

Serve as a trusted advisor balancing internal priorities with customer needs.

Present proposals, findings and recommendations to leadership.

Partner with product, marketing, and technical teams to align messaging and experiences.

Coordinate with internal subject‑matter experts and speakers.

Ensure alignment across distributed teams.

Conduct post‑engagement retrospectives and gather stakeholder feedback.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Improve processes, templates and program playbooks.

Review contracts, cost estimates and project specifications.

Manage timelines, deliverables and success metrics.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders

Exceptional problem‑solving and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Knowledge of business operations, strategic planning and resource allocation

Proficiency with tools (MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program management, executive engagement or strategic customer programs

Experience working with C‑suite stakeholders and high‑level leadership

Strong cross‑functional collaboration experience

Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in:

Executive briefing programs or high‑touch client engagements

Professional services, consulting or customer experience

Emerging technologies (e.g., AI, wearables, AR/VR)

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

Multilingual capabilities (nice‑to‑have)
