Senior React Developer

Role Overview:

This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable front-end applications, primarily utilizing React.js. A key aspect of the position involves migrating existing applications from Angular to React. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure seamless user experiences, uphold high code quality, and stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js.
Collaborate with backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Implement responsive and accessible web applications with high code quality and performance.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills:

Strong expertise in React.js and Angular.
Experience in application migration from Angular to React.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API).
Strong knowledge of React ecosystem: hooks, functional components, routing, SSR (Next.js).
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG, ARIA).
Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in front-end development.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git.
Aggrid is a plus.
