Position Summary

The Production Technician supports manufacturing operations in an FDA and cGMP-regulated environment. This role involves operating equipment, supporting production processes, and ensuring quality and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a team-based, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform production activities in compliance with FDA and cGMP standards
Operate, clean, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment
Load/unload and package IV bags
Move materials, including pallets
Complete cleaning tasks and document activities in logbooks
Accurately record batch data using good documentation practices
Assist across production lines or departments as needed
Complete required training on time
Follow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience
Experience in a regulated (FDA/cGMP) environment preferred
Skills

Basic mechanical/technical aptitude
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical & Work Environment

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
Combination of sitting, standing, and light physical activity
Work in a production/manufacturing environment with standard safety requirements

Pay Range- $21.53 - $23.13/ hour
