Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Set up, monitor, adjust, and clean dairy standardization equipment and processing lines.
Testing & Quality: Perform in-process tests and make accurate adjustments to recipes or formulas to maintain product yields and specifications.
Sanitation & Safety: Ensure all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitary requirements, and chemical handling protocols are strictly followed.
Packaging: Assist on the packaging or bottling lines as production dictates.
Documentation: Record data accurately and report any deviations or equipment issues to management.
Requirements & Physical Demands

Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred, with past experience in the food and beverage industry strongly desired.
Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Physical Strength: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Environment: Capability to work in a fast-paced, wet environment with potential exposure to processing and cleaning chemicals.
Skills and Experience

Machine or manufacturing experience
Previous experience in a production environment
Ability to troubleshoot machine issues
Experience with quality control processes
Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
