District Manager of Equipment Sales (Northeast)

Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Northeast District (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE, VA, NC).

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for managing a team of Equipment Sales Specialists (ES) to achieve sales results, market share, and customer delight goals for the sales of core equipment and technology to our dental customers. The position works closely with the Regional Manager Customer Advocates (RMCAs) and Vice Presidents of Sales (VPoS) to manage, grow, and execute the equipment pipeline; assists in developing new technology and equipment offerings; promotes and supports CAD/CAM offerings; drives equipment training programs for ES and Territory Representatives (TR); monitors equipment sales productivity, customer activity, and identifies improvement areas; interfaces with Marketing to promote equipment focusing on quarterly promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, develop, train, and motivate leaders and associates.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and teams; lead change management.
  • Utilize strong computer and analytical skills to forecast growth and anticipate challenges.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional projects.
  • Utilize sales and management background to drive equipment sales and logistics.
  • Ensure effective communication in English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • Two years sales/management experience.
  • Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel in assigned region and frequent overnight travel.
  • Willingness to reside or relocate to the Northeast District.
