Our next team member will have a flexible mindset, enjoy iterating on sales processes & strategies, and has a knack for connecting with brand owners and finance leaders. Above all, this next team member needs to be a thoughtful and considerate salesperson, capable of managing competing priorities while delivering strong customer experiences to Anrok sellers in the startup and SMB space.In This Role, You WillManage a high volume of opportunities and inbound leads on a monthly basisOwn the full sales cycle from lead qualification to implementationCommunicate and quantify Anrok's value prop to prospective customers through demos and conversationsWork collaboratively with sales management and peers to circulate best practicesBe part of a founding team scaling Anrok's fastest growing verticalWhat Excites Us1-2 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role, at least 1 year of experience in a sales development role preferredA track record of high performance against sales goalsSelf-starters who are organized and resourcefulProven ability to distill customer needs, conduct a thoughtful discovery experience, and adapt quickly to the audienceTeam players with strong ambition & intuitionYou're curious and motivated to learn new tools
