In this role, you will serve as the eyes and ears of our clients, monitoring live surveillance systems, identifying potential threats, and helping coordinate responses that protect people, property, and critical assets.

What You’ll Do
As a Video Monitor, you’ll actively observe live surveillance systems, identify suspicious or unusual activity, document incidents, and communicate with clients, field personnel, and emergency responders when necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring multiple camera systems and surveillance platforms
Identifying security threats, suspicious activity, and safety concerns
Responding to alarms, alerts, and critical incidents
Communicating with clients, field teams, dispatchers, and law enforcement
Documenting incidents accurately and professionally
Reviewing recorded footage for investigations and client requests
Maintaining detailed activity logs and monitoring records
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and maintain focus for extended periods
Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
Preferred
Previous security, surveillance, dispatch, CCTV, or monitoring experience
Security license
Experience working in law enforcement, public safety, emergency communications, or related fields
Schedule & Work Environment
Our monitoring center operates 24/7, providing opportunities for various schedules.
Candidates must be available to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Overtime when operational demands require.
This position is primarily office‑based and involves extended periods of monitoring surveillance systems and responding to incidents in real time.
