Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day execution of Lithion’s marketing activities across multiple brands. This role helps keep campaigns on track, content published, and marketing systems organised. The coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support campaign execution, manage marketing assets, and maintain consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Assist with content creation and graphic design

Support execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, with a focus on lead generation and engagement.

Schedule and publish content across social platforms

Build and send marketing email campaigns and newsletters

Maintain and update websites in Webflow

Manage brand assets, templates, and content libraries

Support basic SEO and website optimization tasks

Assist in coordinating external agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities

Track campaign performance and compile basic reports (social, email, web)

Support marketing team with campaign setup, tracking, and optimization activities

Support the maintenance and updating of the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and campaign activity

Qualifications & Compentencies

1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content role

Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation principles

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video is a plus)

Comfortable working across multiple projects and brands

Familiarity with marketing tools (email platforms, CMS, analytics tools)

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow defined processes

Videography and editing skills – Preferred

Can work to deadlines

Willingness to learn and develop skills in campaign execution and performance tracking

Experience working with technical, industrial, or B2B products - Preferred

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or workstation

Repetitive hand and arm movements

Occasional lifting to 50lbs may be required

Frequent reaching, grasping, pushing or pulling, bending or twisting motions

Walking short distances and standing for meetings or other office activities

Required to wear and properly use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and lab coats as required by safety protocols
