What You’ll Be Doing
Growing the wireless business through partner agents and retailers.
Enhancing agent capabilities and performance through product knowledge, skills, and tailored sales strategies to drive achievement of agent sales targets.
Evaluating agent and overall channel sales performance for continuous improvement.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring regional sales and incentive programs.
Communicating sales program results and effectiveness.
Motivating indirect agents to exceed sales.
Providing feedback on sales techniques and customer interactions.

You’ll Need To Have
A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience.
Willingness to travel within an assigned territory.
Eligibility to pass motor vehicle records check.
Even Better If You Have
B2B sales, marketing, training or customer service experience, ideally with third‑party sellers or retailers.
Experience managing competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Account‑management experience.
Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in the wireless industry.
Where you’ll be working
Primarily work from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in‑person training and meetings.

The salary will vary depending on location and confirmed job‑related skills and experience. This is a commission‑based position with the potential to earn more. For part‑time roles, compensation will reflect hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed in this job requisition, based on a full‑time schedule, is: $61,500.00 – $100,000.00. The same range applies to the New York location(s).
