Salary: $99,863.85 - $135,109.91 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns and content strategies to drive patient engagement and support healthcare business goals.

Develop detailed project work plans and track key metrics to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.

Partner with clinical lines of business to align marketing initiatives with operational readiness and provider scheduling paths.

Partner with hospitals and clinics to help better promote and market services offered at each facility.

What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of specific marketing experience.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition across service lines, including primary care.

Experience in hospital, clinic or healthcare marketing.
