Job Description
Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital, located near beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC, treats adolescents, adults and senior adults in need of psychiatric services, as well as adults who suffer from a chemical dependence, dual diagnosis, or who are in need of rehabilitation. The facility offers 24‑hour admissions, needs assessments, and referral services.

Position Summary
Responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans for the facility. Leads efforts to manage, monitor, and influence the hospital’s community reputation through referral source surveys, patient surveys, and community outreach. Participates in the marketing plan process through market research, market analysis, and marketing tactics. Works on new and existing facility programs and participates in the department’s continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. 80% travel required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Associate’s degree required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of one year related experience in marketing, business development, and public health

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, medical terminology, electronic processes (e.g., work cellphone, MS4)
