About the Role
We are seeking a

strategic, highly creative, and performance-driven Content Lead

to elevate our brand presence across all social media platforms. This role is responsible not only for creating high-performing content but also for

owning the vision, direction, and execution of our video content strategy .

As the Content Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the voice and digital presence of the firm and its owner, Ali. You will be expected to

consistently bring fresh, innovative ideas for content formats, angles, and storytelling approaches —with a focus on what resonates in today’s fast-evolving social landscape.

This role requires someone who understands content at both a

creative and analytical level , with the ability to lead initiatives from ideation through execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the overall content strategy

across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat and emerging platforms.

Develop and pitch

new, innovative content ideas, themes, and formats

for both the firm and Ali’s personal brand (beyond basic scene execution).

Plan and execute high-impact

short-form and long-form video content

aligned with business and brand goals.

Direct and oversee content shoots, ensuring efficient execution and high production quality.

Serve as the

creative driver and thought partner

for on-camera talent, providing guidance on delivery, hooks, and storytelling.

Analyze content performance and translate insights into

actionable strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions .

Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes proactively adapting content strategy.

Establish content calendars, workflows, and systems to ensure consistent output at scale.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and leadership teams to align content with firm messaging.

Mentor and guide junior content creators or freelancers as the team scales.

Qualifications

5–9+ years of experience

in content creation, social media strategy, or digital media.

Proven track record of

building and scaling social media accounts

with high engagement and reach.

Strong expertise in

short-form video strategy and platform algorithms

(TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Demonstrated ability to

develop original content concepts that perform , not just execute trends.

Advanced proficiency in

video editing tools and AI-assisted content platforms .

Strong understanding of

content analytics and performance metrics .

Experience working closely with a personal brand, executive, or public figure is highly preferred.

Excellent creative direction, storytelling, and communication skills.

Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.

Required

Must provide a

professional portfolio showcasing content strategy and performance results .

Willingness to

create custom sample content during the interview process .

English Fluency is Required .

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in legal, personal branding, or service-based industries.

Fluency in Arabic or Spanish.

Experience leading or managing a content team.
