Overview
The U.S. Vaccines business unit is a priority area for our company due to identified growth opportunities supported by vaccine launches and increased utilization of our inline vaccines. The Contracting and Distribution Strategies (C&DS) team optimizes commercial and portfolio relationships across customer segments and distribution channels. The C&DS Promotion Manager will strategically develop promotional resources for the full C&DS team. The position is based in Upper Gwynedd, PA and reports to the Director, U.S. Vaccines Contracting and Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the C&DS Product Marketing Owner, Customer Managers, and Field Execution Leader to develop resources that align contracting and customer engagement needs.
Direct projects to ensure all resources meet the strategic objectives of the customer manager for each contracting segment.
Lead development planning for the C&DS external‑facing tools and resources for customer‑facing teams and deploy across multiple platforms.
Partner with C&DS SMEs, product and customer marketing teams, external agency partners, development team members, and third‑party deployment vendors to ensure all assets meet strategic and communication objectives for the customer segments and commercial programs.
Maintain working knowledge of promotional review systems and regulatory guidance, and effectively deliver compliant assets.
Manage the end‑to‑end release plan for asset development, including content creation, design, scheduling reviews, commercial and promotional legal reviews, production, and deployment.
Maintain the C&DS asset library, identify expirations, and update in‑market resources.
Manage creative agency relationships, including scope of work development, monitoring operational proficiency, and evaluation processes.
Administer promotion budgets for projects and deliverables.
Develop a deep understanding of private and public sector segments, provide actionable insights, and inform resource execution strategy.
Help evolve resources to support segment strategies, including incorporating the new L3 Commercial Framework.
Guide implementation plans for segment types and collaborate with extended teams for ongoing strategy development.
Create routine and ad hoc internal presentations to leadership and customer‑facing account executives.
Education & Qualifications
Minimum: BA/BS degree. Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree.
Knowledge and Skills
3+ years of combined sales, marketing, market research, promotion experience or equivalent.
Strategic thinking across multiple segments.
Knowledge of the development process for pharmaceutical promotional materials and the Med‑Legal/promotional review process.
Experience with PromoMats and similar systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Strong problem‑solving and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills and self‑motivation.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical, vaccine, biotech, or other regulated industry.
Knowledge of commercial laws and customer engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $117,000.00 - $184,200.00.
Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
