We're seeking a driven National Account Manager (NY/NJ) to lead growth within the Asian Foodservice channel, including national chains, distributors, and independent operators, with a strong focus on sushi and Asian cuisine businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic foodservice accounts nationwide
Develop and execute sales growth and market penetration strategies
Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to expand business opportunities
Own forecasting, revenue targets, and account performance
Analyze trade spending and ROI to maximize profitability
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
3–5 years of foodservice sales experience (seafood industry preferred).
Fluent in Chinese speaking, reading, and writing.
Existing relationships with national foodservice distributors.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
