About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will work in tandem with the Director of Public Relations on generating awareness of the Hotel including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Retail, Recreation and Seasonal Activations.
This includes a strong focus on local awareness and assistance in development of all marketing and advertising initiatives as well as the development and execution of the annual public relations and marketing plan.
Additional duties: content development, growth of social media platforms, monitoring traveler review websites; maintaining the hotel website and video content; updating digital marketing campaign assets; creation of electronic marketing tools; serving as the online spokesperson.

What you bring

College education and 3–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing and/or marketing capacity with Four Seasons or another comparable organization.
Strong writing and oral presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Advanced media relations experience.
Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of production methods in graphic arts and collateral utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic knowledge of journalism practices and broadcast production methods.
Intermediate to Advanced experience with photography and video capture and editing.
Work authorization in the United States.
