This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance

Cherokee Preting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Publicly Available Information Targeting SME with a strong background in intelligence analysis and production. The PAI Targeting SME will be responsible for researching, developing, and presenting PAI intelligence products at the operational and tactical levels for senior leaders. You will work closely with intelligence organizations, contributing to the production of analytical products and assessments to support targeting efforts, HUMINT and exploitation operations, and threat analysis.

Publicly Available Information Targeting SME Responsibilities Include:

Perform as a PAI/OSINT production manager and senior PAI/OSINT analyst over a range of topical or target portfolios

Provides quality control of PAI/OSINT analysis and production, and be capable of advising the government client on developments or innovations with the PAI/OSINT discipline

Analyze, evaluate, interpret, and disseminate information on political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, or scientific conditions and trends

Fuse PAI for multi‑intelligence product development, including outlining regional and ideological discussions in specific foreign language media environments

Research, develop, and present PAI intelligence products at the tactical and operational levels

Research emerging open source and social media applications; collaborate with industry and academia subject matter experts, and interface with other Government agencies to identify new and emerging social network analysis methodologies, techniques, and analytical tools

Identify and support the collection of open‑source data to support multi‑intelligence fusion analysis in a collaborative environment

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

Publicly Available Information Targeting SME Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance and meet eligibility requirements for Special Access Program (SAP) and Alternate Compensatory Classification Measures (ACCM) information; minimum of ten (10) years of intelligence analysis experience within DoD or an Intelligence Community organization

Minimum of five (5) years of specific experience in PAI/OSINT exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations kinetic
on‑kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development

Experience providing intelligence support to special operations forces conducting operations is strongly preferred.

Experience providing PAI/OSINT analysis support to special operations forces during operations is strongly preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (e.g., reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) is not considered equivalent experience to PAI/OSINT exploitation experience directly supporting operations.)

SME‑level understanding of PAI/OSINT methodologies

SME‑level proficiency with the current suite of available PAI/OSINT databases and tools.

Expertise in the following areas: PAI, social media, open‑source data sites, data collection, OSINT software capabilities, data visualization graphing/features, data export, data transport, image recognition, geospatial query interfaces, and geospatial visualization of OSINT data

Demonstrated skills in the management and execution of digital signature reduction techniques

Proficiency with current all‑source intelligence analysis and forecasting methodologies and tools, as well as detailed knowledge of the Intelligence Community structure, authorities, and capabilities

Ability to brief at the O‑5/GS‑14 to the General Officer/SES level; will be required to research, build, staff, and present information and decision briefs at this level

Deployed experience supporting SOF customers is highly desirable

Must possess a valid US passport

Must be able to pass all pre‑deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.

Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.

Ability to maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no‑notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones

Must pass pre‑employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
