Job Summary Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Leader, the Solutions Marketing Specialist supports marketing and commercialization efforts for the residential HVAC and supply business.
Responsibilities Commercialization: support marketing efforts to increase awareness and adoption of solutions via internal and external activations such as literature development, website information management, building communication plans, and product information updates.
Collaboration: partner with marketing teams, product management, and external agencies to develop marketing activation plans.
Project Management: ensure critical campaign elements (email, digital, social, print) meet project needs and are delivered on time.
Sales Enablement: facilitate customer adoption of solutions by working with Channel Marketing, Training, and Sales teams to develop relevant content, tools, and tactics.
Reporting: measure and report on effectiveness of marketing activation efforts.
Planning: support short- and long-term marketing activation planning to deliver on project KPIs within budget.
Process Improvement: develop standard work or create process improvements to enable efficiencies for repetitive activities or tasks.
Qualifications 3‑6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or communication.
Excellent understanding of needs of external influencers and internal business partners.
Ability to own projects and partner cross‑functionally to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Passion for providing customers best resources and support.
Strong writing and presentation skills, including value‑proposition development.
Track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high‑performance environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Travel up to 15%.

Compensation Annual base salary range: $72,611.66 - $101,394.99. Compensation may vary by seniority, merit, location, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
