Requirements:

2+ years of customer service, sales, or call center experience

Associate degree or equivalent experience required

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel

Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks

Ability to travel for customer visits, expos, and conferences

Must pass a background check and drug screen

Job Duties:

Provide customer service and sales support via phone, email, and in person

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Assist customers with ecommerce ordering and account management

Create and track invoices and payments

Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Coordinate with production, shipping, and finance teams to support customer needs

Assist with scheduling, assignments, and administrative tasks

Support sales growth through customer relationship development and new business opportunities
