Job Overview
The Manager - Sales MSS Primary Sales role is a critical leadership position requiring a minimum of 5 days per week in the office, located exclusively in Richardson, TX. Key Roles and Responsibilities
Leadership and Customer Experience:
Lead a consumer telesales team to exceed customer experience objectives. Manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Data Analysis and Strategy Development:
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue generation and continuous improvement.
Operational Management and Efficiency:
Oversee daily operations of the call center and vendor activities. Ensure the achievement of revenue goals and cost reduction measures.
Strategic Policy and Innovation:
Implement strategic policies to enhance technology, corporate compliance, training, and workforce planning. Develop innovative initiatives to improve processes and performance.
Collaboration and Alignment:
Collaborate with various business units to ensure strategic alignment. Manage change effectively and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors.

The Manager - Sales MSS Primary Sales oversees entry to mid‑level sales employees, assigns tasks, implements sales plans, and ensures adherence to company policies. The role involves managing smaller, less complex sales territories with moderate oversight and influencing hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, and promotional decisions for subordinates.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is desired.
A minimum of 5 years of related sales experience is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Our Manager - Sales MSS Primary Sales earns between $55,900 and $83,900 USD annually, plus an additional $19,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. The starting salary within this range may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
