Responsibilities

Set up new products in Shopify, ensuring accurate product details and SEO optimization.

Assist with general Shopify store maintenance: updating product listings, page content, collections, and site navigation.

Edit and improve existing product listings through SEO research and keyword optimization.

Manage the online store proactively with the goal of increasing daily sales.

Requirements & Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail, quick learning ability, and strong technical aptitude.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

1‑2 years of customer support experience, preferably with U.S. clients.

Experience working remotely and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working knowledge of online communication tools used in e‑commerce businesses.

Conducive remote working environment with reliable hardware, stable high‑speed internet connection, and power backups.

Comfortable with flexible scheduling.
