Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a global partnership strategy that strengthens Kantar’s position across data, media and technology.
  • Identify, negotiate and secure high‑value partnerships with leading platforms, media owners and data providers.
  • Build commercially robust partnership models that go beyond referrals to drive measurable revenue and product impact.
  • Hire, lead and develop a high‑performing global partnerships team.
  • Partner with Product, Research and Data Science teams to ensure partnerships drive innovation and client value.
  • Advise senior leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in partnerships or senior commercial roles within data, SaaS or marketing services.
  • Proven track record of securing complex, multi‑year commercial agreements with global organisations.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale high‑performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of how data, insights and technology combine to drive client outcomes.
  • Ability to operate strategically while also leading negotiations and execution in complex deal environments.

Range: $145,000 – $195,000 per year, depending on location, experience, skills and qualifications.
