Criterion Executive Search is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing independent agency in Bristol, Connecticut. The role involves quoting and writing new business, managing renewals and claims, and the use of the Applied Epic system while multitasking with over 40 companies.
Ideal candidates will hold a Connecticut P&C license and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation are essential to succeed in this role.
This position offers a 50% commission on new self-generated business along with great employee benefits.
