Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for driving omni-channel sales and executing strategic brand programs across a defined market to achieve and exceed sales and CRM goals. This role leads market-level planning, coaches and develops retail teams, and protects the brand image across all accounts and digital platforms. The position requires strong retail and multi-account management, frequent travel, and budget oversight.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement market plans to achieve omni-channel sales and CRM targets for a specified territory.
Partner with regional leadership to prioritize initiatives and align on calendar-driven programs.
Manage relationships with multi-brand, department store, and specialty retailer partners to maximize market penetration.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop counter and retail teams, freelancers, and market leads.
Analyze sales performance, track CRM metrics, and identify opportunities to grow market share.
Manage T&E and market budgets in accordance with corporate guidelines and support in-store events and education.
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in cosmetics with prior experience as a Counter Manager, Boutique Manager, Department Manager, or Business Director.
Proven people management experience, leading a team of at least 10 staff, with hiring and development responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of beauty and fragrance brands and operating practices of key retail partners.
Experience using business analytics to assess performance and create action plans.
Ability to organize and execute omni-channel marketing calendars and in-store events.
Flexible schedule with overnight travel (approximately 20-60% for some markets) and a valid driver’s license.
