The Role
You're the operational backbone while the founder drives growth. You turn priorities into action, own the projects that slip through the cracks, and keep a fast-moving company from descending into chaos. This is an early, high-trust hire.
Role Description
Be the founder's right hand. Turn their priorities into action and keep the operating rhythm tight.
Own projects end-to-end. The important-but-not-urgent work is yours until it's done or handed off.
Build 0-to-1, then hand off. e.g. stand up our influencer / affiliate program, then hire a specialist to scale it.
Coordinate suppliers in Hong Kong / China on samples, timelines, and follow-through.
Run hiring as we build the team: sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
Own tools, systems, and reporting so nothing breaks as we scale.
Qualifications
A proven operator who's owned outcomes in a startup, agency, or fast-moving environment.
Sharp on business. You get how a D2C brand actually makes money.
Ruthlessly organized. Nothing slips on your watch.
Calm in chaos. Steady when things move fast.
Discreet. You'll see everything; we need to trust you completely.
Bias to action. You solve it and report back rather than wait for permission.
