ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a

GenAI Web Engineer

for an innovative technology consulting organization delivering cutting-edge Generative AI solutions to enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career engineer with experience in modern web development, cloud technologies, and AI integration who is looking to further their career in Generative AI and full-stack software engineering.

Deliver Generative AI solutions to customers through Professional Services engagements.
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications leveraging modern cloud services.
Build APIs that expose GenAI capabilities and enterprise data sources.
Develop data ingestion, processing, and indexing pipelines to support AI applications.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout solution implementation and delivery.
Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to support customer initiatives and solution adoption.
Contribute to internal best practices, reusable frameworks, and innovative service offerings.
Provide outstanding support to clients and internal stakeholders while continuously improving delivery processes.
Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to platform and product development efforts.
Create technical thought leadership content including blogs, white papers, and marketing collateral.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Full-stack web development experience.
Experience with React and/or Next.js.
Experience building applications using OpenAI or other Generative AI technologies.
Strong Python development skills.
Experience utilizing cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern deployment methodologies.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

Experience delivering customer-facing consulting or professional services engagements.
Experience building AI-powered data pipelines and retrieval systems.
Knowledge of modern API design and microservices architectures.
Experience creating technical content, presentations, or thought leadership materials.
Recent Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree.
